18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with type 2 diabetes, meeting the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria; 2.Patients with diabetic foot,meeting the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria; 3.Patients aged 18-75 years; 4.The Wagner grade of diabetic foot is 2 to 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy or intolerance to APG or timolol; 2. Those who have taken beta-blockers or growth factor preparations within 1 month; 3. Bronchial asthma, atrioventricular block and other diseases or patients with heart rate 20cm2, ankle brachial index ABI < 0.5, or/and combined with acute osteomyelitis; 7. Women who are menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding, those who abuse alcohol or drugs, and those who cannot cooperate with mental illnesses.
