Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer group: (1) Women undergoing HRT treatment according to the "Guidelines for Menopause Management and Menopause Hormone Therapy in China (2018)"; (2) HRT treatment for more than 3 years; (3) Pathologically diagnosed invasive breast cancer; (4) Annual follow-up information (BMI, blood pressure, blood lipids, coagulation function, etc.); (5) Have breast examination clinical data (one of breast color Doppler ultrasound, mammography or breast MRI); (6) Sign the informed consent. 2. Control group: (1) Women undergoing HRT treatment according to the "Guidelines for Menopause Management and Menopause Hormone Therapy in China (2018)"; (2) HRT treatment for more than 3 years; (3) Clinical exclusion of breast cancer; (4) Annual follow-up information (BMI, blood pressure, blood lipids, coagulation function, etc.); (5) Have breast examination clinical data (one of breast color Doppler ultrasound, mammography or breast MRI); (6) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer before using HRT and within 3 years; 2. Those who cannot obtain blood samples; 3. Physical diseases with severe or unstable state, including liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, neurological, immune or blood system diseases, etc.
