Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, diagnosed with chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MGD and have ocular symptoms (OSDI>=13 points or SPEED.=8 points); 3. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to thermal pulse therapy (such as abnormal eyelid structure, etc.); 2. The systemic condition is unstable or there are other complications; 3. Those who are allergic to sodium fluorescein; 4. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant in the near future; 5. Have undergone ophthalmic surgery or have a history of eye trauma in the past 6 months; 6. History of systemic medication of drugs that may cause dry eye and meibomian gland dysfunction (such as antihistamines, antidepressants, etc.) 3 months before enrollment; 7. Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases; 8. The researcher believes that there are any reasons why they are not suitable to participate in the experiment.
