Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a clear history of traumatic brain injury, confirmed as TBI by head CT scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination; 2. The time from injury to admission is less than 24 hours; 3. No previous neurological disease and brain trauma; 4. No other serious organic disease; 5. Informed consent of the children's parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have underlying diseases such as autoimmune diseases, blood diseases, endocrine diseases or malignant tumors; 2. Parents withdrew from the study halfway through.
