Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses had the Practicing Nurse Certificate of the Peoples Republic of China; 2. Nurses worked in the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses did not work in the pediatric outpatient department; 2. Nurses could not complete humanistic care teaching model training; 3. Nurses had previously received the relevant training.
