Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1-12 years old, ASAI-II grade; 2. Elective pediatric strabismus surgery; 3. The operation time is 30min~1h; 4. BMI 18.5~23.9; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe dehydration and severe malnutrition or Hb =23.9; 5. Children with neurological diseases; 6. History of hypersensitivity to study drug.
