Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of patients: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for the classification of severe mental disorders in the tenth edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) and are diagnosed with schizophrenia; (2) The patient's condition is in the stable period of home rehabilitation; (3) Not complicated by serious physical diseases; 2. Inclusion criteria for carers: (1) Aged >= 18 years old, no communication barriers; (2) The education level of junior high school or above; (3) No history of mental disorder or serious physical illness; (4) Possess telephone and basic Internet skills; (5) Live with the patient for more than 3 months and be the main caregiver of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers who are not family members of the patient (including paid caregivers); 2. Caregivers refuse to participate in this study.
