Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of patients and their families; 2. Aged 50 to 65 years old; 3. Diagnosis of CAS formation by carotid ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD), stroke, peripheral vascular disease, infection, immune system disease, blood system disease, tumor; 2. No regular follow-up.
