Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select PCOS as the research object. PCOS is based on the criteria established by the revised Rotterdam meeting: (1) oligoovulatory or anovulatory; (2) unilateral or bilateral ovaries contain 12 or more follicles with a diameter of 2-9 mm, and (or) Ovarian volume>10cm3; (3) Clinical manifestations or laboratory evidence of hyperandrogenism. If (1)(2) or (1)(3) or both of these three items are met, PCOS can be diagnosed; 2. At the same time, the patient has insulin resistance, IR diagnostic criteria: insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) = fasting blood glucose x fasting insulin/22.5, IR criteria are fasting plasma insulin >= 20 mIU/L or HOMA-IR > 4.5 or G : I (fasting blood glucose: fasting insulin) < 4.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be younger than 18 years old or older than 45 years old; 2. Hyperandrogenemia and ovulation abnormalities caused by other factors; 3. Not receiving vitamin D treatment and follow-up.
