Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia patients, ASA grade I-III, age 18-65 years old, body mass index <= 30kg/m2 (or BMI 22-26 for men and 20-24 for women).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficult mask ventilation, as defined by ASA: under the management of a routinely trained anesthesiologist, the patient experienced insufficient ventilation during the process of mask ventilation giving pure oxygen and positive pressure ventilation, resulting in pre-anesthesia pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2). )>90% of patients cannot maintain SpO2>90% during mask ventilation; 2. Patients with preoperative difficult airway were excluded; patients with previous pulmonary diseases such as asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; patients with airway obstruction or airway tumors; patients with severe sleep apnea syndrome; Those who refused endotracheal intubation and who had undergone gastric or esophageal surgery.
