Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA<Class III; 2. Age: 18 to 60 years old; 3. BMI<30kg/m2; 4. Patients undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a sore throat before surgery and a recent history of respiratory tract infection; 2. Hoarseness and gastroesophageal reflux before surgery; 3. Allergic to the study drug, recent oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Mallampati grade>2; 5. Obvious complications caused by endotracheal intubation (laryngeal mask insertion) time 240 minutes, tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask insertion.
