Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early diagnosis of lung cancer: age > 18 years; there are space-occupying lesions in the lungs, with CT imaging data; no previous history of malignant tumors; no anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy; 2. Healthy population: >18 years old; planned to undergo LDCT examination of the chest; 3. Postoperative recurrence detection of lung cancer: age > 18 years old; pathologically diagnosed as lung cancer, with CT imaging data; no previous history of malignant tumor; no anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy; 4. Curative effect monitoring of advanced lung cancer: age > 18 years old; pathologically diagnosed as lung cancer; imaging or pathological stage IIIB-IV; no prior anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Early diagnosis of lung cancer Cannot tolerate gas collection operation; presence or suspected active infection; abnormal liver and kidney function Healthy people: have space-occupying lesions in both lungs (using NCCN lung cancer screening guidelines); have a history of malignant tumors; have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other anti-tumor 1. Early diagnosis of lung cancer: can not tolerate gas collection operation; existence or suspected active infection; abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Healthy people: have space-occupying lesions in both lungs (using NCCN lung cancer screening guidelines); have a history of malignant tumors; have received anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy; have active infection or liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Postoperative recurrence detection of lung cancer: gas collection operation cannot be tolerated; active infection exists or is suspected; abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Curative effect monitoring of advanced lung cancer: gas collection operation cannot be tolerated; active infection exists or is suspected; abnormal liver and kidney function.
