No minimum to 5 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children from 6 months to 5 years old who underwent open heart surgery with small axillary incision; 2. ASA classification 2-3; 3. The guardian agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous thoracic surgery; 2. Preoperative respiratory disease and abnormal airway; 3. History of pneumonia in the past month; 4. Oxygen inhalation and vasoactive drug support are required before surgery.
