Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group: Patients diagnosed with aortic disease, including thoracic aortic aneurysm, thoracic-abdominal aortic aneurysm, abdominal aortic aneurysm or type B aortic dissection, who underwent aortic endoluminal stent repair or hybrid surgery, included patients no age limit; 2. Control group: The control group was divided into baseline matched controls and young healthy controls. Baseline-matched controls were matched with patients after endovascular aortic surgery based on age, sex, and cardiac comorbidities. The age-healthy control group included healthy people with normal cardiac function between the ages of 18 and 35 as the basic control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: MRI contraindications, previous severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA-IV), frequent atrial fibrillation.
