Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for childhood inflammatory bowel disease (European Association of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, 2014), with a diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease ( unformed)); 2. Men and women are not limited, age 3-18 years old; 3. The platelet count in the peripheral blood routine examination is normal or higher than the normal value (100-300x10^9/l); 4. Child IBD Activity Index (PCDAI or PUCAI)>10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable vital signs.
