Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients who intend to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. The expected operation time is more than 1 hour; 3. Age 2 to 16 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this research; 2. Patients with neurological disease who cannot cooperate with delirium assessment; 3. Severe cognitive impairment cannot complete the delirium assessment; 4. Congenital vision or hearing impairment affects the assessment of delirium; 5. ASA grade IV and above.
