Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Herpetic neuralgia with a course less than 3 months; 2. The trigeminal ganglion and cerviothoracic lumbosacral ganglion were involved, NRS > 4; 3. Age above 50 years old, under 80 years old, gender is not limited; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Herpes infection at the puncture site; 2. Oar herpes zoster, central nervous system invasion and disseminated herpes zoster and other special clinical types; 3. Allergic to interferon alpha and methylprednisolone sodium succinate; 4. Coagulation dysfunction, severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; 5. Patients with congenital immunodeficiency or immunodeficiency and serious diseases such as tuberculosis and tumor; 6. People with poor coordination with mental disorders (including those who cannot perform NRS and sleep quality scores); 7. The researcher did not consider it appropriate to participate in this study.
