Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need primary total hip replacement due to severe osteoarthritis of the hip, necrosis of the femoral head, and developmental dysplasia of the hip secondary to osteoarthritis; 2. The age is 18~80 years old; 3. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) was grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in the test; 2. Language barriers and those who cannot complete various questionnaires; 3. Patients with limb neuropathy on the surgical side; 4. Mental patients; 5. One-stage bilateral total hip replacement; 6. Severe osteoporosis; 7. History of hip surgery before primary replacement; 8. The cause is secondary osteoarthritis after hip infection is cured; 9. Patients with wide ilium wing or acetabular posterior wall bone defect; 10. Those who drink heavily or take opioids for a long time; 11. Those with previous peptic ulcer.
