Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients, aged 18 years or above, were suspected to have esophageal mucosal lesions under white light endoscopy during routine gastroscopy under general anesthesia, including inflammation, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and intramucosal cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are currently taking antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants and are not suitable for endoscopic biopsy; 2. Patients with esophageal stricture, perforation or esophagectomy; 3. Patients with esophagogastric varices and ruptured bleeding that affect staining; 4. Those who are allergic to iodine or narcotics.
