Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged >= 50 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis: vascular mild cognitive impairment; 3. Imaging data: Lacunar infarction, white matter degeneration, vasculitis and other small vessel disease-related pathological injury. 4. Cognitive function: (1) The chief complaint or informed person reported that the patient had cognitive impairment in related memory or other cognitive domains for at least 3 months; (2) Mini Mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) >=20 (primary school) or >=24 (secondary school or above); (3) The score of tat a or B was higher than or equal to the normal threshold.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Imaging: no cortical and / or subcortical non lacunar infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, white matter special causes (multiple sclerosis, sarcoidosis, brain radiotherapy); (2) Brain diseases: Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease, tumor, hydrocephalus, trauma, syphilis, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, Creutzfeldt Jakob disease, etc; (3) Other types of neurological diseases: Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, etc; (4) Malignant and critical diseases: malignant diseases (such as advanced tumors), severe cardiovascular diseases (such as severe aortic stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic heart disease, etc.), severe chronic renal insufficiency, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy, etc; (5) Dyskinesia: musculoskeletal diseases (such as severe lower extremity osteoarthritis) and history of knee / hip arthroplasty; (6) Other diseases: vertigo syndrome, extrapyramidal symptoms or other diseases limit the patients participating in the intervention; (7) Drugs: those who are taking drugs to treat mild cognitive impairment; Taking benzodiazepines, antipsychotics or antiepileptics and other drugs that may affect cognitive function and drug abuse, alcohol and drug abuse, poisoning and metabolic abnormalities; (8) Emotion: serious anxiety, depression or other mental illness; (9) Audiovisual impairment: severe loss of vision, hearing impairment, severe aphasia or other factors that may hinder the completion of neuropsychological assessment or brain MRI examination; (10) I'm taking part in another experiment.
