Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. Thyroid nodules were indicated by ultrasound, and the standard classification of TI-RADS was Class 3 or Class 4A / 4B; 3. Normal thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4) and thyroid antibodies (TRAB, TPOAb, TGAB) were normal; 4. Assess according to the history, symptoms, signs and relevant laboratory tests to exclude malignant nodules; 5. The results of psychological scale were introverted depressive temperament and extroverted choleric temperament; 6. Understand and cooperate with the clinical study, and can independently sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients taking medication for thyroid disease; 2.Patients with mental disorders; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Participating in other clinical trials; 5.Patients who are prone to allergies or have heart, brain, kidney and other major diseases.
