Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over the age of 19 who agree to participate in the clinical trial; 2.Highly suspected glioma was reported after craniocerebral MRI plain scan + enhanced examination, and highly suspected glioma was judged by at least 2 physicians with titles above deputy chief physicians; 3.Can lie flat for an hour or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had a pacemaker implanted; 2.Metal implants in the body; 3.Claustrophobia; 4.Pregnant women; 5.Weigh more than 136 kilograms (about 300 pounds); 6.Patients who have received craniocerebral surgery or have been injured outside the craniocerebral; 7.Non-glioma patients confirmed by postoperative pathological diagnosis; 8.Have a history of drug or alcohol abuse; 9.Have a history of other craniocerebral, neurological, psychiatric diseases and brain trauma except glioma.
