Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCOS group: 1.Accord with Rotterdam diagnostic criteria; 2.Aged 18 to 35 years; 3.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Control group: 1.Patients without endocrine disease history and have normal menstruation; 2.Aged 18 to 35 years; 3.Informed consent, voluntary participation and good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, thrombus diseases and other serious primary diseases; 2.Alcohol, smoking or drug addiction; 3.With ovarian malignant tumor; 4.With unexplained infertility; 5.With thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, Cushing syndrome and other endocrine diseases; 6.Premature luteinization of follicles and early onset of LH peak during the ovulation induction cycle.
