Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosed, and the control group was healthy pregnant women; 2.The medical record is 13-28 weeks of pregnancy, the second trimester; 3.Aged 18 to 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severely missing electronic outpatient medical records; 2.Patients who have not undergone routine inspections or have no remaining serum during routine inspections; 3.Patients with comorbid diseases such as hypertension and thyroid disease; 4.Embryo transfer pregnant women; 5.Patients with combined hormone medications.
