Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years old; 2.Meet the sepsis diagnostic criteria in the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock; 3.Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other causes of shock; 2.Hypermagnesemia; 3.Hypothyroidism; 4.Complicated with chronic organ failure; 5.Patients in palliative care; 6.Pregnant or lactation.
