Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The Roman IV diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation; 2.Above the age of 18; 3.Right-handed; 4.Signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Constipation caused by anal stenosis caused by organic lesions of the digestive tract; 2.Pregnancy, previous history of serious cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, craniocerebral surgery, mental illness, etc.; 3.Patients with head metal foreign body, cardiac pacemaker and other magnetic resonance examination contraindication. 4.People with allergies, such as allergies to two or more drugs or food; Or known allergy to the ingredients of this medicine.
