Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for orthopedic surgery ; 2.Patients with ASA grade I-III; 3.Patients aged 45 to 75 years; 4.Patients with body mass index (BMI) < 30; 5.Patients willing to sign informed consent of anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with bone tumor; 2.Patients who are allergic to the study drug; 3.Patients with severe hypertension and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Patients with long-term opioid use, alcohol or drug abuse; 5.Patients with consciousness disorder or severe mental and nervous system diseases.
