Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective neurosurgery under general anesthesia; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.PACU was inserted after postoperative tracheal intubation and extubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with fever or hypothermia before operation; 2.Hypothermia should be performed during the operation; 3.The patients with sweat gland dysfunction were definitely diagnosed; 4.Incomplete records of important information of patients; 5.Patients with definite hypothermia during operation.
