Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Maxillofacial surgery patients; 2.Adult patients (aged 18 to 60 years); 3.Patients receiving general anesthesia; 4.Obtaining informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other types of surgery; 2.Juvenile patients; 3.Past cough, hoarse voice or sore throat; 4.Professional voice performers; 5.Recent or repeated respiratory infections; 6.Risk factors for postoperative aspiration; 7.Pregnant and taking painkillers.
