Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is greater than or equal to 18 years old; 2. Meet the EPOS2020 diagnostic criteria for sinusitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HE slides without polyp in pathology department; 2. Those with incomplete examination of CT, endoscopy and serum IgE; 3. Combined or diagnosed with posterior nostril polyps, blood system diseases, and malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses; 4. Oral corticosteroids have been used within 3 months before surgery.
