Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the COPD GOLD guidelines revised in 2015, the patient meets the diagnostic criteria for COPD, and the condition is stable for more than 4 weeks; 2. In the resting state, the oxygen saturation of the inhaled air is > 88%. Conventional drug therapy for COPD was maintained. Avoid hormones and maintain daily activities, except inhalers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other lung diseases other than chronic cough and wheezing caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchial tumors, tuberculosis, pneumonia, fungi, irritating gases or allergies; 2. Exclude patients with contraindications to exercise training; 3. Affect pulmonary oxidative stress: severe liver, kidney and endocrine diseases; nervous system diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, connective tissue diseases, glaucoma; 4. Patients who were receiving antioxidant therapy were excluded.
