12 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need spinal orthopedic surgery; 2. Basal blood pressure systolic blood pressure <180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <110mmHg; 3. Age between 12 and 75 years old; 4. ASA classification I ~ II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious vital organ diseases; 2. Those with allergies; 3. Communication barriers and uncooperative persons; 4. Patients with preoperative anemia (hemoglobin (Hb)<=110 g/L); 5. Have a history of hearing impairment and epilepsy.
