Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective open heart surgery; 2. Infancy to preschool age (1 month to 6 years); 3. Preoperative ASA classification I-III; 4. Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It is estimated that the postoperative tracheal intubation time is more than 12 hours; 2. Allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Abnormal anatomy of the puncture site, skin infection, bleeding, etc.; 4. Patients with preoperative coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with secondary thoracotomy; 6. Those deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the surgeon or anesthesiologist.
