Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Research object 1: Managers and nursing staff who have worked in elderly care institutions for more than 1 year. 25 managers and 25 front-line caregivers of 33 elderly care institutions that participated in the training program, a total of 50 were the experimental group; 25 managers and 25 front-line caregivers of 25 elderly care institutions that did not participate in the training program were the control group Group, all staff have worked in the nursing home for 1 year or more; 2. Research object 2: Select 33 elderly people who participated in the training project, 10 elderly people from each elderly care institution, and a total of 300 elderly people as the experimental group; 25 elderly care institutions that did not participate in the training were selected. 10 of them, a total of 250 elderly people were the control group. The elderly are 60 years old and above and have lived in a nursing home for 2 months or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Research object 1 Staff of elderly care institutions: staff of elderly care institutions who will retire within 2 years; 2. Research object 2 Elderly people in old-age care institutions: those with severe mental disorders, those who could not communicate, those who became more ill during the follow-up period, and those who died during the follow-up period.
