18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; have normal capacity for civil conduct; 2. Able to independently sign the informed consent; 3. The existence of SPN is confirmed by CT examination; SPN is a pulmonary nodule lesion with clear boundary, diameter less than or equal to 3 cm, and surrounded by air-containing lung tissue on CT; preoperative organ function tests are performed. The surgery is tolerated, and there are no related surgical contraindications; 4. No coagulation dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent reoperation; combined with resection of other organs; 2. Converted to thoracotomy due to adhesion or intraoperative bleeding; patients with poor cardiopulmonary function who cannot tolerate general anesthesia surgery.
