Experimental group:Allogeneic platelet-rich plasma in the knee

Control group:Saline injection in the knee

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. History of chronic pain (more than 4 months) or swelling of unilateral knee joint; 3. Blood diseases with platelet dysfunction; 4. Anemia (hemoglobin concentration <12g/dl for men, <11g/dl for women); 5. Limited daily activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The existence of systemic cardiovascular disease, neurological disease or diabetes; 2. Bacteremia or fever; 3. Local skin infection at the injection site; 4. Corticosteroids have been used for 2 to 3 weeks before injection; 5. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have been used within 3 weeks before injection; 6. Anticoagulant drugs have been used within 5 days before injection; 7. History of knee surgery.
