Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria of acute mastitis, there are obvious lumps around the breast, accompanied by obvious pain, and there may be clinical symptoms such as fever and chills, and the white blood cell count (WBC) of blood routine examination is more than 10x10 ^9/L; 2. Aged 20 to 38 years; 3. 3 to 12 weeks postpartum; 4. The patient's cognitive function is normal, and there is no communication disorder; 5. The study was reported to the hospital medical ethics committee for approval, and the patients gave full informed consent to accept the observation voluntarily and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who take drugs that affect the efficacy judgment within 14 days; 2. Patients with a history of drug allergy; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases or systemic diseases in important systems of the body; 4. Patients who have progressed to abscess mastitis or have symptoms of nipple depression.
