Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, aged 18-60 years, with any gender, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III, Apfel score >=3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of long-term opioid use; revision bariatric surgery; history of psychiatric and psychotic illnesses with communication difficulties; ventilator support was required for more than 24 hours after surgery.
