Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with maxillofacial surgery; 2. Adult patients (18-60 years old); 3. Patients receiving general anesthesia; 4. Obtain informed consent from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of surgery; 2. Past cough, hoarseness or sore throat; 3. Professional voice performer; 4. Recent or recurrent respiratory infections, 5. There are risk factors for postoperative aspiration; 6. Pregnant, taking painkillers.
