Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For cerebellar hemorrhage with neurological deterioration or brainstem compression, regardless of whether there is hydrocephalus caused by ventricular obstruction, cerebellar hematoma drainage should be combined with simple ventricular drainage; 2. For patients with lobar hemorrhage >= 30 ml and within 1 cm from the cortical surface; patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage within 72 hours of onset, hematoma volume 20-40 ml, and GCS >= 9 points; severe cerebral hemorrhage above 40 ml Patients with hemorrhage due to hematoma mass effect leading to aggravation of disturbance of consciousness; patients with cerebral hemorrhage with unknown etiology; 3. Vascular related examinations (CTA/MRA/DSA) should be performed before minimally invasive surgery to exclude vascular lesions and avoid and reduce the risk of rebleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral mydriasis and respiratory and circulatory failure; patients with clear vascular disease (aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, dural arteriovenous fistula, etc.).
