Ticagrelor group:Stop ticagrelor for 5 days before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years old; 2. Coronary heart disease with OPCABG surgery; 3. Receive aspirin combined with clopidogrel or ticagrelor before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other heart surgery; 2. Patients taking other antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulant drugs before surgery; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or severe hepatic insufficiency or renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe systemic disease, such as severe infection and malignant tumor.
