Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 55-70, natural menopause; (2) The T value <=-2.5 in lumbar spine bone mineral density determined by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA); (3) The subjects have low back pain symptoms, and the VAS score is above 4; (4) The subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent form, can communicate better in language or in writing, and have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Received drug treatments that can interfere with bone metabolism in the past 6 months, such as glucocorticoids, calcitonin, estrogen, phosphonates, etc.; (2) Subjects with thyroid disease, osteomalacia, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, Cushing's disease, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system diseases, and other diseases that can affect bone metabolism; (3) Subjects undergoing uterine or ovarian removal surgery; (4) Subjects wearing implantable pacemakers; (5) Subjects who are mentally abnormal and cannot be treated with the study protocol; (6) Other subjects considered by the researcher to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
