Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe infection are between 28 days and 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of severe pneumonia, severe intracranial infection and other organs respectively; 3. The hospitalized survival time of infected children is >=48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who could not obtain informed consent and had underlying diseases were not included in this study.
