Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged >= 65 years; 2. Plan elective general anesthesia surgery; 3. Types of surgery included: gastrointestinal surgery, gynecological surgery, lower extremity bone and joint surgery; 4. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of neurological and psychiatric diseases (including severe head trauma, patients with intracranial infection, Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia, and mental illness); 2. Preoperative neurological examination NIHSS > 4 points, imaging diagnosis of cerebral infarction, hemorrhage, tumor/inflammation, etc.; 3. Patients with delirium at the time of admission; 4. Patients with untreated diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other serious cardiovascular diseases; 5. There is alcohol dependence or withdrawal; 6. Patients who have been hospitalized within 3 months; 7. Patients with end-stage disease; 8. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment that cannot be investigated.
