18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with closed long bone fracture or calcaneus fracture; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Preoperative PCS greater than 16 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperatively diagnosed anxiety, depression or other psychiatric diseases or taking antipsychotic drugs before surgery; 2. Long-term use of opioids (> 4 weeks) or a history of abuse of opioids and alcohol; 3. Traumatic brain injury; 4. ASA classification is greater than grade III; 5. Patients with communication disorders; 6. Patients who are receiving or have received cognitive therapy.
