Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single knee replacement, age 18-70 years, BMI <30, ASA1-3 level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study, unable to cooperate with the study, patients with mental illness, peripheral neuropathy, nerve block contraindications, analgesic drug abuse, alcohol addiction, and patients with severe heart, brain and lung diseases.
