Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with Echo-cardiogram examination who underwent elective surgery in the above three hospitals from July 15, 2021 to October 15, 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The EF value is greater than 50%; 2. No heart valve disease; 3. Patients without old myocardial infarction; 4. Patients without pericarditis or fibrosis; 5. Emergency patients; 6. Patients without myocardial hypertrophy.
