Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Combined with stable angina pectoris, asymptomatic myocardial ischemia after percutaneous coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI) after revascularization, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (percutaneous transluminal angioplasty) coronary angioplasty (PTCA), coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)], coronary heart disease including controlled heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >= 40 %, and cardiac rehabilitation risk stratification is low and intermediate risk; 3. Aged 50 to 70 years; 4. Hemiplegia of limbs, sitting balance >= grade 2, Brunnstrom motor function classification grade III or above, able to complete limb linkage training and 6-min walking test; 5. The patient and his family voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has cognitive or mental disorders; 2. The onset time is less than 2 weeks; 3. Severe arrhythmia, cardiac function grade 4; 4. Moderate and above aortic stenosis; 5. Resting systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg; 6. Coronary heart disease accompanied by acute complications (such as acute vascular occlusion including stent thrombosis, coronary artery tear, etc.); 7. Severe infection, water, electrolyte and metabolism are obviously abnormal; 8. Active period of pericarditis or myocarditis; 9. There are new deep vein thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, lower extremity occlusive arteriosclerosis, aortic dissection and other aneurysms; 10. Combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
