Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For cerebellar hemorrhage with neurological deterioration or brainstem compression, regardless of whether there is hydrocephalus caused by ventricular obstruction, cerebellar hematoma drainage should be combined with simple ventricular drainage; 2. For patients with lobar hemorrhage >= 30 ml and within 1 cm from the cortical surface; 3. Patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage within 72 hours of onset, with a hematoma volume of 20-40 ml and a GCS score of >=9; 4. Patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage over 40 ml due to hematoma mass effect leading to deterioration of consciousness; 5. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage whose etiology is not clear; vascular related examinations (CTA/MRA/DSA) should be performed before minimally invasive surgery to exclude vascular lesions to avoid and reduce the risk of rebleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with bilateral dilated pupils accompanied by respiratory and circulatory failure; 2.Patients with clear vascular disease (aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, dural arteriovenous fistula, etc.).
