Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who unexplained repeated implantaion failure in our reproductive center; 2.Aged 20 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Donor oocyte cycles; ICSI cycle after freeze-thawed oocyte; 2. Patients with the reasons of RIF; 3. patients with the habit of smoking or drinking alcohol; 4. BMI>= 30 kg/m2, < 18 kg/m2; 5. Patients with cyclosporin A contraindications;
